If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Project Noo You® supplement, you may return it within 365 days of your date of purchase.
The money back guarantee is offered exclusively on any supplement purchase and excludes coverage for eBooks, MP3/audio tracks, or apparel.
While we maintain a ‘no questions asked’ policy, we do appreciate direct feedback so that we may better our products and service standards.
For this reason, we hope you will offer a brief explanation as to why you are returning a product.
To notify us of your desire to return a product/request a refund please follow these simple steps:
- To claim your refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a sentence or two as to why you are requesting a refund, and to receive a Refund Acknowledgement Number (RAN).
- You will receive a reply within 24 hours maximum from a member of the team stating your RAN and an address for you to return your order to.
- Please clearly display your original Order Number on the outside of the package to be returned and your RAN.
- If you order two or more bottles of the same product, the money back guarantee policy only applies to one opened container, and any remaining unopened containers.
- Example 1: If you were to purchase 6 bottles of NITROvit®, and only open one bottle, you would be eligible for a refund of the purchase price of all 6 bottles.
- Example 2: If you were to purchase 6 bottles of NITROvit® and open two bottles, you would be eligible for a refund of the purchase price of 5 bottles (the first opened bottle and the 4 that were unopened). The second opened bottle would not be refundable.
- The Project Noo You® money back guarantee covers the purchase price of your order. This excludes any shipping costs paid during the time of purchase. The cost of shipping returned products to Project Noo You® is the responsibility of you the customer.
- Please return any bottles via a shipping method with an online tracking number as we can hold no responsibility for lost packages.
- Please reply directly to the PRA email (without changing the subject line) with your return tracking number.
- Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned items.
- We appreciate receiving any unopened bottles (with intact seals) in line with the time you’ve had your order and the recommended serving size.
- If you have previously received a refund for an order, but then chose to order again within a 12-month period, you may not be eligible for a second refund on your second order. We do not offer “Free trials”. By ordering a second time you accept your right to a refund is invalid.
- If your order was undeliverable because you entered an incorrect shipping address, your country of origin has not clearly updated the tracking details or is deemed incompetent in their handling of the order, or because you failed to clarify the delivery or Customs office of how they can get your order to you, and as a result the order has been sent back to us at our expense, any agreed refund will exclude any postage you paid at time of purchase.
