Your tracking number is sent to you via email within 24 hours after the completion of your order (when ordering on the weekend, this arrives Monday evening). If you are unable to find your tracking number, please feel free send us a message at customerservice@projectnooyou.com with your order number or order date.
If tracking indicates your order has already been delivered, but you haven’t received your package yet, please check to see if it is in your residence’s mail room or if a friend / neighbor may have received it for you. Also please check to see if it has been left at your local post office (in case of customs fees).
There is hardly a country we don’t ship to, so we probably ship to your country.
International shipping takes between 7-21 business days, allowing for the pick up, overseas journey, customs clearance and delivery. As you might understand, with Nootropics like NITROvit® still being relatively new, sometimes customs clearance can take a little longer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to track orders once they are in the air and destined for certain countries. Your country may be one of these countries.
International shipping normally takes between 7-21 business days, so if it is inside the estimated time-frame for international orders, please do not be alarmed. If you are concerned, please reach out to your customs office for more information. If it has taken more than 21 days please make sure to check with your local post office or customs office as there may be import fees, before contacting us.
Prices for all of our supplements are exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges that may occur. You shall be responsible to pay for any of these required fees as is standard when purchasing goods from a country other than your own.
If you have a pre-existing health condition we would recommend that you first contact your general physician or a medical practitioner and ask for their advice. In the case of a pre-existing health condition there may be a few too many factors at play, so it would be best to get a professional opinion.

Take 3 NITROvit® capsules either 1 hour before or 1 hour after breakfast. Alternatively take 2 capsules either 1 hour before or 1 hour after breakfast and a further 1 capsule an hour after lunch. Do not consume more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. For best results take 2 days rest from NITROvit® per week on a 5 days on – 2 days off rotation. This allows the body time to reset and helps avoid tolerance build-up.
Opening up a capsule and mixing it with water is perfectly fine (although you might not like how it tastes!).
